Answering service
Shaiwany AI picks up on the first ring, every hour of the day. It qualifies the caller, books the job on your calendar, and texts you the details.
The arithmetic
Drag these to your real numbers. Most owners are losing more in a year than a full-time hire would cost.
Answered calls book at a far higher rate than returned voicemails, and most callers never leave one. This counts only the jobs you would have closed.
What happens on a call
Nights, weekends, holidays, and the four minutes you're on another line. It answers in your company's name with the greeting you approve.
Service address, what's failing, how long it's been going, whether there's water on the floor. The questions are yours — written around your business, not a generic script.
It knows your service area, your hours, and the slots you keep open. No double-booking, no jobs out in Davis when you only run Sacramento County.
You set what counts — gas smell, no heat with an infant in the house, active flooding. Those transfer to you live instead of waiting in a summary.
Name, number, address, the problem in plain language, and what was promised. Nothing to transcribe and nothing lost between the call and the job.
Who's behind it
I'm Fardeen Shaiwany. I build and run every system myself, so it's worth knowing how I got here. Three careers, and all of them came down to whether somebody picked up.
Former professional soccer player. I represented Afghanistan at the international level, after coming up through academy systems like the New York Red Bulls and San Jose Earthquakes. The standard there was simple: show up, or someone else takes your spot.
Senior sales in global enterprise and wholesale markets. As an account executive I handled territory growth, revenue management, client relationships, and business development across technology accounts. All of it lived on the phone — I've been the one calling a business that never picked up, and I know exactly what it cost both of us.
Shaiwany AI isn't just a platform — it runs on loyalty and long relationships. I grew up in the Middle East, then the East Coast, finished my education in San Francisco, and now call Sacramento home. Five languages along the way. I build every system by hand and keep the client list short on purpose.
Rate card
You keep your existing number. Setup covers the build, your scripts, your calendar, and two weeks of tuning on live calls.
Right for a business taking 20 to 100 calls a week.
For businesses where a single blown call costs four figures. I cap this at five accounts so the backstop stays real.
Over 100 calls a day? That's a custom quote. Tell me your volume on the call and I'll price it straight.
Straight answers
Call the demo line and decide for yourself. It's at the top of this page and it's the same system your customers would reach. I'd rather you judge it in thirty seconds than read a paragraph about it.
It says so and takes a message, or transfers to you. It's built to admit a gap rather than invent a price or a promise. Making something up on a service call is worse than a voicemail, and the system is set up that way on purpose.
No. You forward your existing line, either all the time or only when you don't pick up within a few rings. Your number stays on your vehicles, your signs, and your Google listing.
Usually a week. A few days to build it around your business and your calendar, then two weeks of tuning while it takes real calls and I listen to the recordings with you.
Cancel at the end of the month. No contract, no termination fee. The setup fee covers work already done and isn't refundable, which is the only part worth reading twice.
They staff a call center in another state and bill you per minute. I build one system for your shop, I know Sacramento, and when something breaks you text me instead of opening a ticket.
Where do you want to start
I'll ask about your call volume and what a job is worth to you. If the numbers don't work at your size, I'll say so on the call instead of selling you something.
Pick a slot that works. It's a phone call, not a video meeting — I'll call you.
Call this right now. That's the system answering, same as your customers would reach.
Takes about thirty seconds. Ask it anything a customer would.
$699 a month plus $1,150 setup for Standard. $999 a month plus $2,000 setup if you want me personally answering escalations. Month to month, no contract.
One email with how it works and what it costs. No sequence, no drip, no selling.
